We are now hiring a Campus Director of Continuing Education. This position will require travel between Tampa, Orlando, and Kissimmee.

As a Campus Director you will:
• Lead an interdisciplinary team in order to meet or exceed all performance objectives, including tuition, lead generation and relationship management.
• Generate new prospects and coach the team.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with community organizations, public and private agencies, and student organizations throughout the region.
• Work to create and implement business strategies to achieve operational and strategic goals ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting bodies.
Education requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area.
Experience requirements
• Experience in executive management of a school or institution.
• 3-5 years of experience supervising staff.
• Must be results-oriented.
• Must be customer service and retention-oriented.
• Must maintain a high level of integrity and commitment all times.
• Assess, manage, and implement a strategic plan for effective sales and marketing points.
• Prepare, implement, and manage the annual budget of the campus.
• Responsible and accountable for the P & L.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to achieve the goals of organizational growth.
• Align with the trends of the campus and industry to develop strategies and respond to the constantly changing market and competitive activities.
• Plan, manage, and execute promotional events to increase enrollments and revenues.
• Identify strategic opportunities for growth by evaluating the sales potential of the campus.
• Develop relationships with organizations, agencies, and chambers of commerce, both state and federal, to promote the institution within agencies while simultaneously promoting community relations.
• Ability to supervise and motivate professionals to work together.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and the institution community.
Work hours
• Must have the ability to work extended hours, which may include weekends and evenings in order to achieve the objectives.
